Winston represented Academic Partnerships, a company that supports online educational programming for regional public universities, in connection with the acquisition of Wiley University Services, a global leader in research, publishing, and knowledge solutions. The combined company will support over 125 colleges and universities in 40 U.S. states and internationally.
