Winston represented Illinois-headquartered Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE: AJG) (Gallagher) in its acquisition of all of the equity interests of New Hampshire-headquartered The Rowley Agency, LLC (Rowley), an independent insurance agency offering property & casualty, surety, and employee benefits products. Gallagher's acquisition of Rowley will expand Gallagher's presence in the New England region.
