Winston Wins at the 2021 M&A Atlas Awards

Winston & Strawn attorneys will be recognized at the Global M&A Network’s 2021 Virtual M&A Atlas Awards on December 9, 2021. As stated on the organization’s website, these independent awards “honor the best value-creating deals, outstanding firms, legendary dealmakers, and leaders from the global corporate, investor, and deal communities.”

Winston received the 2020 Global SPAC M&A Deal of the Year award for representing Diamond Eagle Acquisition Corp., a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company, in its business combination with DraftKings Inc. and SBTech. 

The Global M&A Network has combined the 12^th Annual Awards, which was postponed in 2020 for deals closed in 2019, with the 13^th Annual Awards scheduled for autumn of this year, for deals closed in 2020.
