Triona Morgan is an associate in Winston & Strawn’s New York office who concentrates her practice in commercial real estate transactions and public finance.
Ms. Morgan has represented major institutional lenders in commercial real estate transactions, including construction, bridge and mezzanine financings, and permanent financings for securitizations. Her financings have included office buildings, retail centers, hotels, and mixed-use and multi-family properties. She has negotiated lease and sublease agreements on behalf of both landlords and tenants for office, retail, and warehouse space and has also represented clients in connection with corporate and real estate acquisitions.
Ms. Morgan has also served as underwriter’s, issuer’s, and bond insurer’s counsel in connection with numerous public finance transactions. She has represented the Suffolk County Industrial Development Agency in several corporate incentive transactions.
Education
Ms. Morgan received a B.A. in History and German from Tufts University in 1991 and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1997, where she was ADR Editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and editor of ADR & The Law.
