Russell Casper is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office who focuses his practice in securities offerings, securitization and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Casper’s experience includes the representation of underwriters and issuers in public and private securities offerings. He also represents asset managers and issuers in structuring, formation, and ongoing compliance issues regarding collateralized debt obligations and other structured products.
Education
Mr. Casper received a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy, magna cum laude, from Colby College in 2002. He received a J.D., with high distinction, in 2006 from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as managing editor of the Iowa Law Review.
