Isabelle Lion is a senior associate in Winston & Strawn’s Paris office. She concentrates her practice in labor and employment relations counseling and litigation.
Ms. Lion represents employers in connection with collective bargaining and other labor relations matters, as well as the employment issues related to corporate reorganizations and downsizing. She counsels employers and executives on employment contracts and commission plans. In addition, Ms. Lion has assisted with various employment litigation matters, including mass action cases, involving between 50 and 400 plaintiffs.
Education
Ms. Lion received a Maîtrise in Commercial Law from the University of Paris X - Nanterre in 1995 and a CAPA from the University of Poitiers in 1996.
