Erick Rivero joined the firm's New York office in 2007 as a corporate associate.
Mr. Rivero's practice is focused on securities, public finance, and general corporate matters. He also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, securitization, and restructuring.
Mr. Rivero has extensive experience in counseling corporate and governmental issuers and underwriters in public and private securities issuances. He counsels domestic and foreign private issuers regarding SEC compliance, public disclosure, and corporate governance matters. He has also represented public and private companies in M&A transactions.
Education
Mr. Rivero received a B.A. in Economics in 2003 from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D., cum laude, in 2007 from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a managing editor for the Hofstra Law Review.
