Mr. Lukas is a partner in Winston & Strawn’s real estate department. His practice focuses on all aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions, including development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing transactions.
Mr. Lukas has handled the acquisition, development, and disposition of properties in many states, and he has represented investors, lenders, and developers throughout the country.
Education
Mr. Lukas received a B.B.A. in Finance, Investment and Banking from the University of Wisconsin in 1991. He received a J.D., cum laude, in 1997 from the University of Illinois in 1997.
