Don Kirkelie is an associate in the firm’s Charlotte office and focuses his practice in secured financing transactions for commercial banks, finance companies, and other lenders.
In addition to assisting clients throughout lending transactions, Mr. Kirkelie has represented secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy, including commercial lenders and franchisors.
Education
Mr. Kirkelie received a B.S. in Business Administration in 1994 from California State University and a J.D. in 2000 from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
