Mary Lenahan is an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office who focuses her practice on labor and employment matters. Ms. Lenahan has assisted with labor and employment litigation and administrative proceedings, including matters involving restrictive covenant claims, wage and hour class actions, retaliation, NLRA, and ERISA. She also has experience counseling employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Honors and Awards
Ms. Lenahan received the firm’s Pro Bono Commitment to Service Award in 2011 for her representation of a mother in a child custody dispute.
Education
Ms. Lenahan received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University in 2005 and a J.D. with Honors in 2009 from George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of The George Washington International Law Review.
