Jenna Logoluso is a litigation associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Ms. Logoluso concentrates her practice in complex commercial and business litigation, including intellectual property matters and class-action defense. Her intellectual property experience includes both patent and trade secret litigation. She also has experience in labor and employment litigation, including defending employers in discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters, as well as wage and hour class-actions. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, such as investigating allegations at or before the filling of a lawsuit, managing complicated and extensive discovery, drafting dispositive motions, and achieving low settlements in cases with challenging facts.

In 2013, Ms. Logoluso was recognized in Southern California’s Super Lawyers Magazine as a “Rising Star.”
Education
Ms. Logoluso received a B.A., magna cum laude, in Psychology and History with honors from Vanderbilt University in 2006 and a J.D. in 2009 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was staff and executive editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. In 2007, Ms. Logoluso externed for the Hon. Margaret A. Nagle, U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
