Sara Cieniewski is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office whose practice focuses on corporate law.
Activities
Ms. Cieniewski has volunteered as a Clinical Fellow with the Loyola Business Law Center Clinic in which she represented low-income entrepreneurs, not-for-profit organizations, and for-profit organizations in a variety of matters.
Education
Ms. Cieniewski received a B.A., cum laude, in Finance and International Studies in 2006 from the University of Illinois and a J.D., magna cum laude, in 2009 from DePaul University College of Law, where she was a member of the DePaul Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif.
