Mr. Robbins is a litigation associate in the firm’s New York office. His practice involves a range of complex commercial litigation, principally focusing on white collar criminal and regulatory investigations and related proceedings. He regularly assists clients in connection with alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the False Claims Act, and the Anti-Kickback Statute, as well as health care fraud, securities fraud, and obstruction of justice. In addition, he has experience related to false advertising, arts and antiquities, and construction disputes.
Education
Mr. Robbins received a J.D. in 2009 from Emory University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, director of the Mock Trial Society and inducted into the Order of Barristers. He received a B.S. in Political Science in 2004 from Vanderbilt University.
