Matthew Stark is a litigation associate in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, principally in the areas of antitrust, sports and entertainment, labor, consumer fraud, and class action. Mr. Stark has litigated cases before federal courts at both the trial and appellate level, and he has experience in both domestic and international arbitral proceedings.
Honors and Awards
Winston & Strawn's Sports Law group has been recognized by U.S. News and World Reports - Best Lawyers “Law Firm of the Year” in Sport Law for 2012-2013.
Education
Mr. Stark received a J.D. in 2009 from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. He received a B.A. in English and Economics in 2006 from Columbia University.
