Elizabeth Cate is a litigation associate in Winston & Strawn’s New York office. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, antitrust litigation, and internal investigations. Ms. Cate has also served as first-chair counsel in numerous state court trials as a pro bono juvenile public defender.
Education
Ms. Cate received a B.A., magna cum laude, in English from Barnard College in 2004 and a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2008, where she served as the Colloquium Editor of the Review of Law and Social Change.
