Evelyne Brocard is a corporate partner at the Winston & Strawn’s Paris office.

With more than 20 years of experience, Evelyne Brocard has an extensive expertise in all fields of corporate law, in particular, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, stock market transactions, corporate law, and business law.

Evelyne Brocard has represented a variety of business sectors, including major French and international corporations, listed or not, but also small and mid cap companies.

Before joining Winston and Strawn, Evelyne Brocard began her career at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in Paris and integrated afterward into Darrois, Villey, Maillot, Brochier where she became Of Counsel, before continuing at Deprez Guignot et Associés  as Partner.
