Winston & Strawn’s New York office, located in the MetLife building in the heart of midtown Manhattan, is the firm’s second largest office with 220 attorneys. The office was created as a result of the firm's 1989 merger with Cole & Deitz and expanded in 2000 when it merged with the New York office of Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan and again in 2012 when a number of attorneys from the former Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP joined.
