Winston & Strawn litigation partner Robb Adkin’s recent move to the firm was profiled in various media outlets, including The Recorder, The American Lawyer, Law360 and Legal Times. Prior to joining Winston, Adkins served as a federal prosecutor, Chief of the U.S. Attorney's Office in Orange County, prosecutor with the U.S. attorney's office for the Central District of California and, most recently, he served as the Executive Director of the President's national Financial Fraud Enforcement Task Force. From 2005-2007 Mr. Adkins was a part of the Enron task force, working on the criminal trial against Enron CEO Kenneth Lay and Jeffrey Skilling.
