Winston & Strawn labor and employment partner Joe Torres, based in the Chicago office, was among the speakers during the American Bar Association Section of Labor & Employment Law, 3rd Annual CLE Conference held November 4-7, 2009 in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Torres led a discussion titled "Stop! I Say Stop Again! The Developing Law of NLRB Remedies." This program featured industry practitioners discussing substantial developments in the ever-changing landscape of labor and employment remedies available from the National Labor Relations Board.
