Winston & Strawn partner Anna Segobia Masters spoke at the Minority Corporate Counsel Association's 12th Annual CLE Expo, held March 5-7, 2013 in San Diego, California.
Ms. Masters participated in the March 7 panel, "Mobile Computing in Today's Business Environment." The panel discussed whether employees should be permitted to perform work on their personal mobile devices, best practices regarding the personal use of corporate property, and policies and procedures that will protect an organization and its employees.
