April 13, 2018
Winston is pleased to announce that seven talented law students will be joining the firm’s 2018 Summer Program as 1L Leadership Council for Legal Diversity (LCLD) Scholars. The 1L LCLD Scholars program is designed to strengthen the legal pipeline by expanding the number of opportunities for diverse first-year law students.
Our 1L LCLD Scholars attend the University of Chicago, University of Michigan, Duke University, Southern Methodist University, Harvard, and UCLA law schools. They will work on a variety of assignments and receive world-class training as part of Winston’s summer associate program. They also will have the opportunity to participate in the 1L LCLD Scholars Mentor Program and attend the Annual 1L LCLD Scholars Summit with other students from around the country.
We look forward to welcoming our 2018 summer associate class, which includes 75 2L students, in mid-May. Visit our Law Students Careers page for more details about Winston’s summer program.
