We Work Hard, But We Also Find Time to Have Fun...

Working as an HR professional doesn’t just mean making sure employee files are kept up to date, that benefit questions are answered, and that employee concerns are resolved. Here at Winston we also make sure that our employees take time to relax and have a little fun. We understand that our employees are at the heart of our business and our success, and in HR, we like to balance the hard work they do by creating and maintaining a positive and fun work environment.
Here in D.C. we kick off the summer with our yearly Ice Cream Social, organize the now-annual "Ping-Pong" and "Cornhole" tournaments, and most recently, our office held its own version of the Olympics – think events such as paper airplane javelin and rubber band archery. And those are only a few of the events we in HR organize throughout the year.
Sure, as a member of the HR team I help our employees answer those tricky benefit questions, but we also help to ensure out employees remain happy and positive during their time here at Winston.
