For the fourth day of the jury trial in VLSI Technologies v. Intel II, Intel presented its non-infringement and invalidity positions through its two experts, Professor Apsel and Professor Leeb. Professor Leeb will be cross-examined on Monday.

For the second day of the jury trial in VLSI Technologies v. Intel II, it became clear that as to both asserted patents, VLSI’s infringement allegations centered on the “FIVR,” or fully integrated voltage regulator, feature of the accused chips.
