Changing Hands: International Trade Under a New Administration

On December 17, Winston & Strawn’s International Trade team participated in a timely discussion on how international trade policies and agendas are expected to change under a Biden administration, and what this means for your company. In particular, the group discussed economic sanctions and export and import agendas, how to hone in on the expectations with respect to China, and guidance as to how your company might start to implement, review, or revise compliance measures in order to prepare for such changes.
