Eva Cole Speaks at ABA Antitrust Global Private Litigation Conference

On June 12, Co-Chair of Winston’s global Antitrust/Competition Practice Eva Cole spoke at the 2023 ABA Antitrust Global Private Litigation Conference in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The conference brought together leading plaintiff and defense litigators, government enforcers, economists, corporate counsel, academics, and jurists from around the globe to share insights into the continuing path of private antitrust damages actions. 

Eva moderated a panel titled “If Settling Were Easy, Everyone Would Do It,” which considered strategies for reaching global resolutions to these increasingly complicated and sprawling antitrust litigations.
