Eva Cole Speaks at GCR Live: Cartels 2023

On June 7, Partner Eva Cole, co-chair of Winston’s Antitrust/Competition Practice, spoke at the Global Competition Review's Cartels Conference in Washington, D.C. The conference brought together regulators, practitioners, and in-house counsel from around the world to discuss hot topics in cartel enforcement.

Eva’s panel titled “So, You Want To Build a Cartel Case? What Works, What Doesn’t, and Recent Investigative Trends” considered evolving enforcement strategies and developments, drawing on lessons learned from recent successful cartel prosecutions as well as cases that failed to result in conviction.
