Chicago Antitrust/Competition Attorney Matthew DalSanto spoke at the 2019 Class Action Money & Ethics (CAME) Conference in New York on May 6, 2019.
Matthew presented on the “Class Certification Update” panel, which discussed the significance of Rule 23 (a and b) and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure by examining the most pressing cases.
Matthew is a California- and Illinois-licensed attorney and a Ph.D. applied economist. He focuses his practice on the areas of antitrust and unfair competition law, intellectual property law, and the use of economic and statistical analysis in legal matters.
