Courts’ move to digital proceedings eases associates’ barrier to entry and lets mindful judges give the next generation of lawyers a chance to shine.
Kathi explains in the article that “When judges say they want to hear from junior lawyers, it’s the best way to get opportunities…It means clients are doing exactly what the judge wants. You get the best results if you do what the court wants to see.” U.S. District Judge Alan Albright in Waco, Texas weighed in, saying that he will do anything he can to encourage clients and law firms to give newly practicing lawyers a chance.
