Ron Rothstein Speaks at GMA 2019 Legal Conference

Winston & Strawn partner Ron Rothstein spoke at the GMA Legal Conference, held March 4-6, 2019 in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. This conference benefited law practitioners that deal exclusively with legal issues in the food, beverage, and consumer product industry.

Ron hosted the breakout session, “Green New Deal or Dream?  Environmental Product and Packaging Opportunities and Challenges in the Next Decade.” 

Ron is a partner in the firm's Chicago office with experience in complex commercial matters, including class action and Lanham Act false advertising, trademark and cybersquatting litigation, and copyright litigation. He has successfully handled numerous class action false advertising, trademark, and domain name cases in federal courts throughout the United States.
