Winston Earns MCCA Approved 2023 Gold Seal for Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Winston & Strawn is proud to be an inaugural recipient of Gold Seal status from the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA). The MCCA Approved Gold Seal recognizes the tangible and sustainable results the firm has achieved in hiring, retaining, and promoting diverse attorneys.

The MCCA Approved framework focuses on three critical areas within law firms and corporate legal departments: leadership accountability, business processes and practices, and human capital diversity metrics.

To earn the MCCA Approved Gold Seal, law firms must have a formal DEI strategic plan, receive a 100% score on the MCCA Diversity Scorecard for transparency, and employ a full-time DEI professional, in addition to meeting the Bronze and Silver Seal requirements.
