Winston & Strawn was featured in Secondaries Investor 2021 Law Firm Survey, a snapshot of law firms’ secondaries work last year by volume, deal count, strategy, and more.

Winston Partner Brad Mandel noted in the survey that there was a “big rebound” to near-normal levels in the fourth quarter of last year, following a slowdown in deal activity as the pandemic took hold and the industry waited for valuations to settle.
