Winston Litigators Co-Chair Daily Journal’s 2019 Patent Disputes Forum

On April 17 in Menlo Park, Winston partners participated in the Daily Journal’s 2019 Patent Disputes Forum. The full-day conference prepared corporate counsel, intellectual property litigators, and those involved in the ever-shifting patent environment for upcoming developments and challenges impacting their clients, companies, and careers. Winston was a sponsor of the event.

Kathi Vidal and Danielle Williams co-chaired the forum. Kathi moderated the judicial panel alongside Hon. Alan Albright Western District of Texas, Hon. Maryellen Noreika District of Delaware, and Hon. Beth Freeman Northern District of California.

Kathi also interviewed the keynote speaker, Uber’s first-ever Chief Privacy Officer, Ruby Zefo.

Danielle moderated the patent damages panel alongside Rob Lytle (Microsoft), Bryan Sinclair (Cisco), and Kim Schenk (Charles River Associates).
