February 19, 2019
Winston & Strawn has chosen Associate Sofia Arguello (Antitrust/Competition - New York) to participate in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows Program, a flagship LCLD program created in 2011 to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. Sofia and the other members of the 2019 Fellows class will have opportunities during the coming year to build relationships, cultivate their professional brand, participate in corporate learning experiences, and sharpen their leadership skills. Winston Partners Kobi Brinson, Taj Clayton, Steve Flores, Francisco Flores, and Tim Kincaid are all Fellows program alums.
Winston is also participating in LCLD’s 2019 Pathfinders program, piloted in 2015 to train early-career attorneys in leadership, network building, and other career development strategies. We have selected Associate Tim Hughes (Complex Commercial Litigation - Charlotte) to participate in the LCLD Pathfinders program, which will begin in early May. Other Winston attorneys who have participated in the Pathfinders program include Masae Ellis and Sean Suber.
