Winston Represents Cubico Sustainable Investments in IJGlobal’s Best Renewables Portfolio Deal of the Year for North America

Winston & Strawn served as legal counsel to Cubico Sustainable Investments in connection with IJGlobal Awards’ Best Renewables Portfolio Deal of the Year for North America, in the acquisition from Cypress Creek Renewables of a 366 MW portfolio of three solar projects in South Carolina and Texas, and the related tax equity and debt financings. The team was led by Partner Jonathan Birenbaum.

Winston was also shortlisted in the North America Legal Advisor of the Year and Latin America Legal Advisor of the Year (International) categories.
