Bobby focuses his practice on a diverse array of intellectual property and complex commercial litigation matters. As a native Chinese speaker, he also has experience helping American entities navigate the Chinese regulatory framework and work together with Chinese state-owned companies.
Prior to joining Winston & Strawn, Bobby was a judicial extern for the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Bobby has experience with various aspects of litigation, including drafting substantive motions, and has experience with a diverse range of technologies such as wireless networking infrastructure, healthcare solutions, engine control electronics, and diesel emissions systems.
Bobby received his B.S. in environmental engineering from Tufts University in 2017 with a focus on emerging climate engineering and airborne emissions.
He received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2021. At the UCLA School of Law, he helped draft climate change regulatory guidance for the Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau.
Bobby is a member of the firm’s Videogame, Gaming, and E-Sports Group, which is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal solutions to companies in these industries. Bobby is also actively involved with the Winston Asian Leadership Initiative to promote diversity in the legal practice.
