Enzois an associate in the Corporate practice group of the Paris office. His experience involves advising international and domestic clients on all aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, mainly in the healthcare and life science sectors.

Prior to joining Winston & Strawn, he worked for a major law firm in the sector of small capitalization M&A deals.
