Kyle focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation.
Kyle represents clients in the energy, engineering, and real estate industries in a broad range of disputes. Kyle has experience drafting and arguing dispositive and other key motions, taking and defending depositions, and has been a member of several Winston trial teams that have obtained successful verdicts for Winston clients.
As part of his practice, Kyle advises clients on risk exposure and legal strategies. He also has experience investigating incidents and commercial transactions in advance of litigation.

Education
Kyle received a J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2017 and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas in 2014. While at Penn Law, he was an associate editor of the Journal of Business Law and received a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School.
