How Winston & Strawn Became an Illinois Powerhouse

Among the matters highlighted were our lawyers’ defeat of an $11 billion class action in the Seventh Circuit; the dismissal of four consolidated antitrust class actions; the transfer of an antitrust case from New Jersey federal court to Illinois; and a review of Illinois’ gambling rules secured by attorneys on behalf of client challenging a legislative licensing scheme devised by the Illinois Gaming Board.
