Chicago Alumni Reunion Showcases Winston Platform for Career Success

Winston alumni from near and far gathered on September 27 for the firm’s annual Chicago alumni cocktail reception. The venue for this year’s event, Porter Kitchen & Deck, provided scenic views of the Chicago river and a mixology bar featuring products from local company Beam Suntory, the general counsel of which is a Winston alum.

The 100+ attendees, including those from as far away as Florida and Texas, had the opportunity to network with their former colleagues at Winston while strengthening relationships across the legal profession.

The alumni in attendance at the reception—some who are clients and all who remain part of the Winston family—showcased the many distinguished career paths that our former attorneys have gone on to pursue. These include roles as in-house counsel, in government, at other law firms, in academia, in public interest law, and as entrepreneurs, among others.
