Winston Named a 2022 Top 50 Law Firm to Work For by Vault

Winston & Strawn is one of 50 law firms named a Top 50 Law Firm in the Overall Best Law Firms to Work For category of the Vault 2022 rankings. This ranking is based on Winston associates’ assessment of numerous work/life factors including career development, job satisfaction and quality of life. In addition, Winston’s summer associate program was named a Top 50 Best Summer Associate Program, ranking No. 24.

Winston also won regional accolades in the Vault survey, with the firm’s Chicago, Charlotte, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, and Washington, DC offices ranking in the Regional Best Law Firms to Work For category.

Vault conducted its survey of more than 20,000 law firm associates between mid-March 2021 and mid-May 2021.
