Winston Senior Associates Gather in Chicago for Leadership Training

Winston’s sixth-year associates in the United States and Europe attended a two-day leadership conference in Chicago. Day one of the Winston University training session included a welcome from Steve D’Amore, Chairman, and the following presentations and activities:

• Inclusive Leadership at Every Level presentation by Sylvia James, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer
• Growing Into Leadership by Samantha Lerner, Partner
• Thinking Like a Leader led by Robyn Schuster, Director of Professional Development, and Mary Maher, Career Development Advisor
• An alumni panel discussion moderated by Dane Drobny, Partner
• Optimizing your BD Mindset led by Diane Costigan, Director of Coaching & Well-Being, and Mary Maher, Career Development Advisor
• Dinner, drinks, and merriment at Gibsons Italia steakhouse

On the second day, the thirty-one Winston senior associates honed their listening skills and ability to give and receive constructive feedback participating in an interactive workshop led by members of the Steppenwolf Theatre Company.
