Supplier Diversity Efforts

At Winston, we believe that good corporate citizenship includes supporting supplier diversity efforts to create sustainable economic development in the communities where we live and work.

We have established a supplier diversity program to expand the breadth and magnitude of our investment with diverse suppliers.

To participate in Winston’s Supplier Diversity Program, a business must be at least 51% owned, controlled, and operated by individual(s) from one of the following groups:

• Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE): African American/Black, Hispanic/Latinx, Native American, or Asian descent
• LGBTQ+-Owned Business Enterprise (LGBTBE)
• Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE)
• Disabled-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE)
• Veteran-Owned Business Enterprise (VOBE)
• Small Business Enterprise (SBE)
