2MX Organic's IPO

Winston & Strawn LLP served as co-counsel to 2MX Organic, a special purpose acquisition company organized under the laws of France, in its €300M IPO on the Euronext Paris stock exchange. 2MX Organic was founded by FrenchBaire Xavier Niel, head of Centerview Partners in France Matthieu Pigasse, and retail businessman Moez-Alexandre Zouari. 2MX Organic intends to acquire a target company with principal operations in the consumer goods industry in Europe with a dedicated focus on sustainability with the view to build a European organic food champion.
