Winston & Strawn represented American States Water Co. in connection with its "at-the-market" equity offering program, pursuant to which it may sell its common shares up to an aggregate sales price of $200 million. American States Water Co., is a NYSE-listed company that provides water utility services in California, electric utility services San Bernardino County mountain communities in California, and construction and maintenance on water and wastewater systems at various U.S. military bases.
