BlackBern Partners' Formation of Value Foodservice LLC

Winston & Strawn LLP represented BlackBern Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, in its partnership to form Value Foodservice LLC (VFS), a newly formed entity created to own, operate, and acquire stores in the quick-service restaurant industry. VFS completed its acquisition of 50 Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants. VFS plans to build a quick-service restaurant business with several hundred units.
