BMO Harris Bank N.A's US$100M Credit Facility for Q Biopharma Holdco, LLC

Winston & Strawn LLP represented BMO Harris Bank N.A, as administrative agent and collateral agent, in connection with a US$100M cross-border syndicated senior secured credit facility to a multinational original equipment manufacturer for the bio-pharmaceutical industry and certain of its subsidiaries, as borrowers. The borrowers under the credit facility are organized in the United States, England and Wales, Scotland, and Luxembourg. The proceeds of the credit facility will be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes
