Represented CFS Brands, LLC, a platform company of TJC LP, in its acquisition of Foodware Group, Inc. (Foodware). Foodware is based in Lodi, NJ and designs, markets and sells tableware, serving ware, kitchen products and kitchen equipment to customers in the commercial hospitality and institutional food service industries.
