Class Valuation's Sale to Gridiron Capital

Winston & Strawn LLP represented Class Valuation, a Michigan-based leading, technology-enabled appraisal management company (AMC) focused on providing regulatory-compliant appraisals to the nation's largest mortgage lenders and originators, in its sale to Gridiron Capital, LLC. The selling owner of Class Valuation was Narrow Gauge Capital, which will retain minority ownership in the Company alongside Gridiron Capital. Winston & Strawn represented Narrow Gauge Capital in its original acquisition of Class Valuation in 2018. As the new owner, Gridiron Capital will partner with and support Class Valuation's management team as they continue to execute on a shared vision for growth and strategic innovation for the AMC within the residential valuation services industry.
