Coastal Waste & Recycling Sale to Macquarie Asset Management

Winston represented Coastal Waste & Recycling (Coastal Waste), a Florida-based leading solid waste collection, disposal, and recycling company for the Southeastern United States, in a recapitalization by a fund managed by Macquarie Asset Management (MAM). The recapitalization included exits by both Summer Street Capital Partners and Concentric Equity Partners. Through the transaction, MAM became the majority owner of Coastal Waste.
