Creative Global Technologies Closes On Initial Public Offering

Winston & Strawn LLP represented Benjamin Securities, Inc., as underwriters' counsel, in connection with Creative Global Technology Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong-based company sourcing and reselling recycled consumer electronic devices, in the closing of its initial public offering of 1,250,000 ordinary shares at a price of $4.00 per share, generating total gross proceeds of $5,750,000. The offering closed on November 27,2024. In addition, the company has granted the underwriters an option, within 45-days option to purchase up to 187,500 additional ordinary shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts, to cover any over-allotments.
